Vidimus exists because nobody sits between a high-profile person and the market and publishes, in one place, what was true when trading opened. We are not a launchpad, an exchange, a fund, or a promoter. We do not hold tokens, take allocations, or post about price.
The name is chancery Latin. A vidimus was a certified copy: the clerk had seen the original and attested that this was it. The card is a vidimus of the person and the supply.

Independence
What we are not attached to.
No exchange, protocol, or launchpad. Vidimus is a separate company with separate counsel. No third-party mark appears on a card.
No allocation, ever. Our fee is cash, paid by the talent, their management, a label, or a sponsor, and disclosed on the card. We hold zero tokens in any launch we attest.
No public intake. There is no form to submit a token. Engagements begin through management or counsel, and end at the first request for an exception to the Standard.
